Rickys’ celebrated head chef, Glenn Bowman, has brought an explosion of talent and taste to Rickys’ tables since 2010.
Famed for his acclaimed Spanish restaurant, Alegria at Sunshine Beach, Glenn is also celebrated for the five years he was head chef at the Edge in Darlinghurst, Sydney, his time at Seasons on Hastings St, the Centennial Hotel in Woollahra, and before that as sous chef at one of Sir Terence Conran’s renowned London restaurants. Glenn leads Rickys’ passion for pristine produce, showcasing the finest local flavours where possible. “Rickys is quintessential Noosa,” Glenn says. “It's impossible to tire of this view, no matter how busy the kitchen is.”
