JK is best known for founding the Association of Australian Boutique Winemakers (AABW) in 1996.
She manages the Boutique Wine Awards and the Tri Nations Wine Challenge and is currently building the new wine export division for AABW concentrating on Hong Kong and China.
Kennedy is a food and wine author with the best seller Cooking with Boutique Winemakers (2007) which is currently in re print. She co-authored Confessions of the Winemaker (2007) and the best seller
Rescue Me (2009) featuring the Flavour Diet and Max Lake’s Laws of Flavour. She wrote extensive articles for Eat Drink magazine during 2008/9 and is now writing another book for R&R Publications titled Cook Book for Kidz. She is currently studying for her MBA at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
Food and wine matching is a great passion and deep interest so JK eats out regularly with friends taking her notebook and an interesting bottle with her!
