Appointed to the position in August 2011, Jason is responsible for sourcing and providing a quality product and service to match which stands up to the guest’s expectations.

Jason is a renowned chef and was previously Executive Chef at the Whitsundays resort from 2006-2007, he is excited about his return to the Whitsundays and is looking forward to leading the Food and Beverage team.

Jason has been awarded the Certificate of Excellence in the Culinary Arts and was also the preferred chef for Harper Collins and Penguin Publishing celebrity chef cookbook launches.
