Reuben Dwyer and Nicki Mertons head up the kitchen team at Rochford and have created the menu for today.
Reuben trained under Marrick Cleveland Head at Melbourne Sofitel for many years, then more recently became head chef at Wild Oat Restaurant in Sassafras and then Credo Restaurant before joining Rochford two years ago.
Nicki trained locally in Mount Dandenong, then travelled and spent five years working in some of London’s top restaurants before returning and joining the Rochford team in March 2009.
