Just 18 months after opening its doors, Muse Dining was awarded coveted chef's hat in 2011.
Head chef and owner remains the youngest awarded chef in Australia.
In 2010 Muse was rewarded with “Restaurant and Catering Awards” and “Contemporary Australian Restaurant” (Regional NSW).
Troy Rhoades-Brown next goal is to get two hats, and hopefully become known as one of the best regional fine dining restaurants in the country
