Ursi originally joined Dov café 5 years ago after coming out from Switzerland for a working holiday. She began working for her current business partner, Matthew at their original Dov location in Darlinghurst.

At the end of 2005, the trio of Matthew, Kate and Ursi formed a partnership and moved over to the leafy beautiful nook of Potts Point to launch Dov at Delectica.

The last 4 years have seen the trio cement an excellent reputation that Dov held from Darlinghurst along with gaining new clientele in a great café lovers location. Ursi focuses on providing quality produce at affordable prices while making their locals feel at home in a comfortable but ultra chic modern café.

Ursi says, “We want the customer to know that they will always get the same quality product and service every time. This has been easier to provide given we retain staff who are just as committed in providing this guarantee.”

So far Ursi feels it’s been a great journey and through providing a tasty variety of choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner along with some of the best coffee in Potts Point, it has seen the trio create a great foundation for further years in this industry.
